I've got more than 100K, passports, and the complete maltese falcon and all the available information? now what? I can't figure out how to "blow up the bank" at the casino (break the bank?) or take over Hatshi's Brothel though I know I should be able to. What am I missing?

Haschis place is taken over by first getting the key to his office. This can be done by talking to the girl in room 4. Click on the last sentence until she gives you the key. Once inside the office, place the dope there. Go to the police and denounce Haschi. Go back to the office, and have a look at his diary. He has written that he knows how to break the bank at roulette. See the picture on the left side of the diary? Guess what girl to place your bet on in the roulette...

Once you've gotten Haschis IOU, go back to the brothel, and give the IOU to the laywer standing outside.

To get Citroen to sign the license: Buy some cameras and some film. Check out the magazine in Hachis office, see the number for the escort service (XXX-6135)? Use the phone to call the number and order the girl for your next party. Go to the Hotel and rent a suite. In the suite, place the camera and start the party! If you're lucky you'll get some nice pictures of Citroen and the police chief doing the dirty. Send the pics to Citroen by clicking on them in the inventory. I had to get dirty pictures twice and send them to Citroen before he signed my contract. This will happen autmatically - you will notice when it does. You get the last piece of the maltese falcon by mugging the drunk in the club restroom. if he's not there check back later and he will be. Usually you'll get $50 from him but sooner or later you'll get the last piece of the falcon you need.

What use is it to take over the Brothel? I mean, you just need to give Citroen the Naught pictures of him and the Police Officer in the Sex Party, what use is it hiding cameras in the Brothel's Rooms?
