Well is there sites where you can download fan made patches? I read about one that adds zoo, garage and some other extras, but I cannot find it..

have you tried google for it? but i do however feel the need to warn you about fan-made extras some are good some are really so you use them at your own risk. you never know what versions you get so DO be carefull with them.
Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.
