hey i need some help can u tell me when i can trade between colosseum and fire red please because i am sooooooooo stuck and i want a espeon!!! please help me

u need to go from 1-100 at battle mountian (in a row), purify all shadow pokemon (purify the legendary last! each one you purify it will take the "time flute" away from you! to get the second flute you need to get the "U-disc" and use it on the UFO, the third flute is somewhere in the arena of the "100 guy", catch all shadow pokemon. if you do all this it will unlock the "trade to GBA" option!

how do u turn shodow pokemon to normal

either battle with it or make it happy by rubing it with cologne till the purple status bar is gone and it says the pokemons heart is on the last lock. then you take it to celibi and use a time flute.

Actually, you just need to win the game by beating
El Vice at Tower Colosseum.

do you have a time flut or when you go to your shadow pokemon select summary and look at the purple bar when that is white go to the relic
