My only suggestions in to speed time up, other than that I have no idea but I must admit durability is pretty poor and my rides etc need constant refurbishing
I also tried that and speeded up the game by x10 and waited 20 mins but durability didn't drop at all and I'm not sure what else to do to make it drop, this step is crucial to create durability option.
Just had a thought( I get them ocassionally) why don't I send you my when all my rides are deteriorating or do you need the numbers to lower to find the values?
That's a good idea, make sure the durability is degrading on some machines then save and send me your save files ,thx.

Just remind me of how to send you my save file, not sent one in a while
put the save in a zip folder and then attach it to your post and let us know where it goes
