We would like to apologize for the approximate 3-hour downtime experienced on both the website and Aurora that occurred on 11.03.2024 at approximately 2AM U.S. CST. From what we have gathered, a job was running against one of our databases when the time changed (Daylight Savings Time) and rolled back an hour, causing the job to fail and leaving the database in a semi-corrupted state. It took a while for us to locate and repair the corruption without having to do a full database restore. Everything was working normally again by approximately 5AM U.S. CST.
REMINDER: It's a good idea to generate an offline key INSIDE Aurora (through Settings) and download offline trainers occasionally in the event of such an outage. The offline key process located on the website is only for the older standalone trainers.
We appreciate everyone's patience as we worked through the issue as quickly as possible and luckily this type of situation is rare.
