I was playing the game with the trainer and noticed something odd that isn't game breaking but more of annoyance. It seems that with the Unlimited Health turned on the ability to do a "execute" move on a staggered enemy is disabled. I don't get the "press E" to do the move as the enemies never go into a staggered state.
Just something to be mindful off, again the trainer works (for me) but I suppose certain options produce some odd results.
They do for me, even after using that option...
Just another case of don't automatically blame the trainer for producing unwanted side effects, even though it should be expected, especially in a game like this that has so many different things going on. It PROBABLY is the trainer along with a combination of some weapon or armor or other factor combined or maybe even the use of multiple trainer options in conjunction with one another.
The skills editor does not seem to work. I edit the skills in the trainer, Save my game and reload it, but the skills number does not up date.
You'll have to spend at least one skill point for the number to be updated/refreshed

As far as I can tell, it is actually the Spells Use No Mana option and not the health option that is interfering with the takedowns on staggered enemies. That is at least with my testing on the EA Play version of the trainer. I can do takedowns with all the other options enabled except for that one.

It could depend on your class or any number of other factors. The fact that no one else has complained about it out of the tens of thousands of people using the trainer probably says something. I'm not doubting that you are experiencing the issue, I just think that it's likely more complicated than it seems.
I also noticed, that my game is bugged, i did the quest, heart of corruption. Which i need to kill 3 big enemies and after that, open a door with 3 locks and kill a big boss. Everyone of the big enemies and the big boss has a Chest at the end of the fight. an i cant open them since i used the trainer. Idk how it is related, or how to fix it. I also cant find any clue online about that bug.

Exit game, Launch game, use aurora, load a previous save before opening the doors to fight the boss. I only used health option and the chest works. Not sure which option is causing the bug :/ Hope it helps 😁
im running the steam game and the trainer through aurora and choose steam trainer here too. i get the trainer activated and the debug says it attached correct to dragon age veilguard. even when hitting 1 it says activated, but the unlimited health cheat does not seem to work... i still loose health.....
Try to cycle through characters or a simple save/load.
