Aurora Bug Reports Discussion

Please provide the crash details from the Windows Event Viewer by following these steps:

1. Open the Start menu and type "Event Viewer" (without quotes), then select it from the results.
2. In the top left panel, expand "Custom Views" and click on "Administrative Events."
3. In the central panel, locate the crash entry or entries related to Aurora.
4. If there are two entries with timestamps that are nearly identical, select the one that indicates ".NET" in the "Source" column.
5. In the lower section, copy all the text under the "General" tab and paste it here or submit it in the support ticket.
