If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

be aware of using this with seasonal ladder. Editing your stat and skill points will end up getting you banned without effort. Offline editing is fine, just online will have you removed from the ladder.

All trainers are for offline/singleplayer play only

Highly likely our trainer will be focused on at some point by the devs since people tend to ignore our pleas to NOT use things online. Then every body wants "refunds" for the "trainer doesn't work anymore" when they blow it up for everyone else and caused the issue themselves.

Lets you use skills instantly would be my guess.

Cosmos, Float for inventory items and 8bytes for crafting specks. Crafting specks had 8 lines that i had to edit for it to work fyi. happy editing dwarves!
