Can confirm that this issue is present been soft locked twice fiddling with this option.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Ok then I will remove this option, thanks for the feedback.
The unlimited use option will toggle on just fine, but it doesn't work on this new trainer. Thank goodness I have a recent save, or my last hero's incense would be gone.
I'm seeing the same, The Unlimited Item is not working on the steam version of the game.
