Yeah, same here, no issues.
Just an FYI but the EXP cheat completely breaks progression, I would recommend against using it. It sets the EXP so high that the game no longer registers new EXP gain and you can't level up your characters because of it. All of my characters are permanently stuck at level 1/25 now with their current and lifetime EXP frozen at whatever value they were before using the cheat. It sticks after turning the cheat off and the game autosaves after everything you do. So...totally screwed it seems =P
Is it possible to switch it to a value edit option instead? Because it looks like it's permanently busted now with how the cheat works.

I have this issue too, but only on my shaman. My old man and scav girl, im able to prestige with. Haven't played mask man or bag man. I've tried using cosmos, but im new to it. Found an address with the value but changing it does nothing. 1D017C40F98 it seems to be shared between the characters.

why you remove the mega xp thats bad
Most likely an update broke beyond what we could manage to isolate it again.
