Game is early access and is similar to Green Hell and the Forest.

My suggestion to the Trainer Gods is probably to keep this ones 'simple' initially and just focus on the meters to the lower left of screen, durability of any item being used (tools/weapons) bonus points if you can include anything to do items you carry in your hands no depleting (logs / large sticks / stone / metal sheets etc) but that maybe a big ask given the current state of the game and the way it works.

As always I know whatever trainer we get will be your best.

Regarding the meters in the lower left they are :

Nutrient Level (From eating plants)
Protein Level (From eating animals)
Hunger (From eating anything)
Thirst (Drinking)
Energy (Replenished by Sleeping)
Insanity (Replenished by Sleeping)

Ok here is a much better save and some better instructions :

* 'Tab' opens your inventory

* 'B' opens your crafting menu

* Most things are physicalized like in the games Green hell / The Forest

* In your inventory I've added some cooked bird, cooked potatoes and bananas - that should give you the materials to work with the Nutrients/Protein and Hunger meters (Three leftmost)

* Outside the house there is plenty of water in the water catchers (go over to them and you can follow the onscreen prompts to drink - most prompts are either E or R, some are tap some are hold)

* I've setup plenty of stockpiles of small sticks, big sticks (both by the door) and log storage by the side of the house,
- normally you can carry max of 2 logs in your hands
- big sticks max of 6 in your hands
- small sticks go straight to your backpack up to a max of 10

* a short walk along the beach you will see 6 bird traps including 1 at least holding a bird (doubt you need any of that but its there just in case)

* Rope is made on the spinning wheel next to the bed, I've left yukka leaves in the backpack, to make rope you just standby the spinning wheel, E i think to add a leaf, hold e to make it spin, E again to pickup rope (whole process takes like 2 seconds it's very quick) - again not sure if you need, but its there just in case.

* Water Drop is your thirst meter (drink to refill)
* Lightning Bolt icon is your energy meter (recharge by sleeping)
* Brain icon is your insanity meter (recharge by sleeping)

* Wielded Items lose durability as you hack at things etc
There are two 'healthy bars' the uppermost just under the meters is your actual health, the second bar will appear under the first when you exert yourself and is your stamina.

Hope all the above helps. I expect this game will be a bit painful. Sorry.

P.S. I worked out with Cosmos how to manually hack the number of items help in your hand, hence why there are piles of logs around the place.

P.P.S there is also an xp/skill system in the game that also controls some crafting choices, way to much of a pitta to be bothered with at this early stage.

How do i download save file link doesnt show for me

Because save game is for trainer maker, not normal users. And all saves files, and other files, are always hidden to everyone apart from mods/staff
