I looked around for threads on this which i found 2 but didn't really get an answer to fix this solution, been using aurora for years never ever had a problem downloading it or running it, was using it 3 weeks ago and recently factory reset my windows due to competing in a tournament and needing my pc clean wiped, tried to redownload aurora to play some single player games and it's just refusing to launch giving the error.

i seriously have no idea what i can do to resolve this i have zero anti virus tried launching through winrar, unzipping it on desktop running as admin unzipping into a folder, downloading on a usb and running it though that literally none of these options are working and once again, never ever has happened through the years i've been using this program

It says its missing the System.Net.Http.dll file. You can find it in the Aurora zip file. Extract it into the Aurora folder

Then try moving the folder elsewhere. Maybe Aurora has no permission to read that folder (although that would be really weird).

not really sure what i can move all i'm doing is making a folder on my desktop called aurora, installing aurora from your website with winrar dragging aurora winrar file into aurora desktop folder, extracting and attempting to launch the aurora.exe which provides that error. same method i've used to download aurora countless times before
