Feedback, Complaints or Problems

The overlay itself works and the cheats are activating. But if I go back to the gamebar to modify or change a cheat option, I have to reconnect it every time.

EDIT: Windows 11 24H2 is officially released for many PCs on the market. It's only pre-release for people who have custom PC builds. If my thread wasn't instantly locked, I could have portrayed this to @PWizard

Game is windowed Fullscreen
No other overlays active at the same time.

"Overview. The first preview was released to Insiders who opted in to the Canary and Dev Channels on February 8, 2024. The update began rolling out for Copilot Plus PCs on June 15, 2024. As of build 26052, the version string has been changed from "23H2" to "24H2"."

Its because if you close the gamebar, windows basically freezes the widget processes. So there is no connection between the overlay and Aurora anymore. If you reopen the gamebar the widget must reconnect.

Thanks for the reply! Don't want to mention other competitors by name, but I had no issues using their windows gamebar overlay for any game. This is def something the Devs can resolve/fix as it's being done by others.

It would be a nice QOL change for users like me who like using the built in Windows Gamebar. Thanks!

Maybe the other overlay automatically reconnects? I haven't tried it. Is there a small delay before you can use it again?

Possibly, but its not noticeable in any way if so... Takes me directly to the menu where I can modify or change things without having to manually click things.

With Aurora Overlay I have to make 2 clicks and wait some time before I can get back into the gamebar menu.
"Something went wrong with this widget" -Shows restart button
-I click restart and then have to click connect button again.

It does that for me when the trainer im using has editor options. So if I get xp in a game and it updates the amount in the xp editor it will bring up that error and I have to restart the widget. Also If I use any hotkeys instead of just clicking.

I think I found and fixed the issue. We will release a new update which should be available through Windows store update soon. I'll post here when it's released
