Is it possible to ensure that when a game is launched, the corresponding trainer that has been bookmarked is automatically launched and activated with the last options selected?

Check trainer settings to remember activated cheats. You can use mobile app to open and automatically activate trainer. This functionality is not included in Aurora and there is no plan to add this.
