The unlimited health option works great, but I've also noticed that the enemies also have unlimited health, at least while using the bat in the beginning stages on the game. Anyone else having this issue?
I am having the same issue. Activating Unlimited Health gives all the enemies at the beginning of the game unlimited health.
Does your game version match the trainer version?
Are there any special instructions that need to be followed?
Are you running Aurora as admin? Not doing that can cause issues for a lot of trainers.
Did you extract Aurora as opposed to just running it?
Have you reinstalled/verified the game files?
Have you restarted your computer before trying the trainer again?
Have you set the anti-virus exclusions for Aurora?
Are you running the newest version of Aurora?
Are you opening the game from a supported launcher?
Are you running the newest version of the trainer?
Are you playing a beta version of the game?

alrighty, since you are the first user to answer all of the questions it looks like the game had an update in the last 3ish hours Link. I would suggest putting in an update request to get the trainer looked at.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
can't help anyone without a save game so that's the prio otherwise i will reject their update request.
