Hello would it be possible to add a new feature to aurora?

I would like to see a feature that would allow to start up aurora on boot but minimized to taskbar or/and system tray.

    Reason for this request
I have been trying to figure out how to get it to start up minimized with no luck. In the end I ended up by reaching out in discord for assistance and I got a response that said it was not possible.

    Enable autostart in Aurora
    Open windows task planer
Right click on "CH Aurora" entry and click on "Properties"
    Switch to "actions" tab
    Double click on the action
In the "arguments" field add "-background" without the quotes
Now save the changes by clicking on ok

Let me know if that works

Yes that worked. seems like I can't have it to be full screen when I click on it though, but I guess I can't have it both ways. At least this is better than having it cover my screen on every boot.

    Thanks

Yes you can only choose between minimized (in background) or fullscreen (foreground). You cannot have both

When I tested your sulution the other day I did restart my pc several times and I did not have "Maximize window on start" on. But today, it came to the foreground again when I started up my pc. I've checked the task scheduler and it still is as I set it the other day

If there is no other way than this I do hope your dev team will add this feature to Aurora in the future

That IS the solution. Even if we would add a checkbox to the settings it would also just tell the scheduler to launch Aurora with -background command. If the window still comes up then something brought it back to foreground.

You could try adding "/noshow" (without quotes) to the arguments box under the Actions tab in Windows task scheduler.

Not sure why you'd want to run the application in the background and minimized because you still have to open it and prompt the GUI which trainer you want to use....but the heck do I know. I'm just a cybersec tech/analyst. /shrug
