So i was able to get the trainer to be activated but then the AVF errors comes up.
That means you're using the old bypass, make sure you're using the latest bypass.
There's only one bypass available for me and it says it was last modified on the 4th at 7:34 pm. is that the right one? because it's not working for me
it's working fine, i tested it multiplie times.
verify game files in steam(should DL small file)
restart computer
boot up game normally until you can move around in game then exit to desktop
run CH bypass launcher as admin
This is what worked for me
Thanks for the info, also make sure you're using the latest CH Bypass.

this i basically what i did to get it working... minus the restart.
delete old CHlauncher
delete protected.exe from folder
get steam to verify; launch game without cheats and walk around.
install new CH launcher and away i go.
btw ive noticed activate the trainer INSIDE a mission... if used before it can fail to load missions at times.

Can someone actually help me with this instead of just reassuring me it works and doing nothing? I've tried everything everyone's told me and I still get the AVF error every time and I just want to play the game
how are you launching the game?
have you set the anti-virus exclusions?
are you playing an official version of the game?

Launching the game through the included bypass, yes it's an official version of the game, no I haven't set exclusions how do I do that?
