So i did as you did in the video, i am playing the campaign on normal, and i still somehow can't get the trainer options to work, i honestly don't know why...

can't play with friend now if use this trainer

I am also encountering the problem where the trainer options work for a bit and then stop working. It seems that entering certain new "areas" - or even just progressing to a new area by dropping off a ledge, or walking through a doorway, causes the options to stop working.

Do they work if you disable/re-enable? If you save and reload? If you restart the game?

Okay. I had problems too and so I did my due diligence and I discovered in the logs of the antivirus that it wasn't reporting it, but it was deleting stuff the trainer was trying to access.
Note that I leave it on usually because aurora is on the exception list and it's supposed to warn me if it does stuff like that. Meaning that 99% of the time the trainers works with my antivirus on.

I suspended all antivirus operation and lo and behold it now works.
In veteran.
All the options.
All the time (AFAICT).

So make sure you don't have the same problem.

if you will close the aurora, open again and start trainer again - cheats works again.

Was in second mission, where cheats stopped working at the begining, didnt need to close the game at all after that trainer reset.

They do not work if I stay in game and disable/re-enable them. They do work briefly if I save and reload, and if I restart the game.

Early on there is a section where you drop off a ledge and collect the virus bomb. I activated all the options right before dropping off the ledge and they all worked until I entered a new area after collecting a new gun (cheats worked with new gun). There was a doorway that has to be activated to get to the new area, and activating that doorway seemed to turn off the cheats.
