I've never installed an antivirus program on this computer, and just in case, I also disabled Windows Defender by modifying the registry settings.
you didn't answer my other question, which mission are you in? are you playing on campaign solo mode? try putting steam to offline and disconnect your net then try again.
Sorry, I forgot to mention that. In campaign mode, it's the same for every mission (I haven't tested it in online co-op mode). Of course, I've also tried running it in Steam offline mode
If you aren't the host of your own Operations match, options which relate to player health, ammo and other in game values will not work.
Currency is your clientside value when in the battlebarge. This is why it works.

Either you are not using the bypass or your security software is interfering.
