....has anyone noticed that no matter how many new options we add that no one is satisfied and people just keep coming up with new requests? It's literally a no-win situation for us and frankly, it sucks.

You guys have done a wondeful job already but thats just how things go when you provide a service.

You're doing gods work, but you can't please everyone and you need to know where to draw the limit. You've done enough for this trainer, don't listen to them.

I'm genuinely curious how many people who complain a lot are free users. We all know the 80/20 rule with 80% of issues being from 20% of users, but my experience with other services and games and such has also been that the freeloaders are the biggest complainers and most entitled users.

I've even seen it on Patreons where it's a very small creator and all the paid supporters are positive and they get a lot of demands from unpaid followers.
