Just did all of this, didn't work. If you want, I can record everything and post it via YouTube (private of course, last thing I want is to draw attention to CH) as proof, so please don't insult me by trying the "turn off your antivirus" line or it being a PEBKAC. You've got some sort of intermittent issue going on, and it seems to be something related to loading into new sections that makes it so the cheats stop working.
and i can record 2 hours gameplay only to show you that everything is working fine, btw, this kind of attitude will get you nowhere so probably working on those is the priority here.

As a programmer, you KNOW that is not how you disprove issues as there could be any number of reasons why your setup doesn't get the issue but ours do. 00:30 to 00:32 - Activating Trainer.
00:33 to 04:14 - Loading screen because my computer is four years old and is above the minimum required specs, aka very slow load times.
04:14 to 04:32 - Activating 7 cheats.
04:32 to 05:30 - Cheats work as intended.
05:32 - No Reload stops working.
05:42 - Inf Ammo stops working and turned into Massive ammo (max ammo jumped from 150 to 974).
05:51 - Inf Armor stops working.
06:00 - Inf Health stops working.
06:21 - Character dies.
06:26 - Shows trainer with all options still activated.
Cheats stopped working in the middle of a fight in the same arena, so something is wonky here, and it doesn't seem to be from loading into new areas. Debug shows nothing but the trainer successfully attaching to the game.
I was doing this myself too and had the EXACT same experience. Eset AV turned off... Steam in Offline mode, Aurora opened with admin privs, Space Marine 2 launcher launched with admin privs, start the game, activate trainer, cheats work, then bam. 5-10 minutes into the game the cheats stop working.

Maybe you have turned off your anti virus manually but that doesn't stops it from running in background with it's kernel driver, fun fact, your anti virus keeps running in the background messing around with the things such as the trainer even if you TURN IT OFF, why trainer is flasely flagged as a virus or stops working after 5 to 10 mintues?! it's very simple: because you tunred it off so it runs in idle rather than real time so it scans the system slower than it would normally do so after 10 minutes it detects some strange behavior in the game's process and it sees that it's from the trainer then boom! it blocks the trainer.
Trainer creates these cheats in real time by altering the game's memory and in anti virus books this means hostile so they block and quarantine the trainer and it's dependencies.
hope this clarification solves your issue and satisfies you enough to uninstall your anti virus.

I'd post a pic, but I have no good location to host it, so I'll describe it the best I can. With AVG off, the only things in that tab are:
Current Threats
(green checkmark) No Actions needed.
Protection Settings
(yellow caution sign) AVG Antivirus is Snoozed.
Protection Updates
(green checkmark) No Actions needed.
And then Windows Defender, which is turned off. I only have AVG installed, as far as Antivirus goes.
It doesn't matters if you have turned off your Anti Virus manually, all of the anti viruses come with a custom kernel driver which keeps running in background even if you turn it off manually:
