Instead of stat editing why not just add the stat elixirs? This actually make stat changes permanent.
I made a request to add a way to edit items quantity in inventory, now we have to wait to see if it's get approved.

To Caliber : stat elixirs are items that increase stats permanently. I don't know their exact name in english as I play in french, but there is one for each main stats like intelligence, luck etc... and also for HP and MP.
Hello Ykkea I boosted your request to completion . I don't think this is a truly complicated request to apply in the game so it should be relatively fast but i think these stats boost are soft lock like in "Trial of mana" when you can use the item but don't boost your stats after X uses(don't remember how much), or not (simply limited in how much you can purchase)
