What do you mean? How would he know until it's too late and he may have invested hours in and then can't progress?
I've been told to request another option which I can't do because I'm not lifetime plus, but surely a game breaking issue like this would call for a priority from the staff on finding a fix or way around it.
How would I know this problem either? You guys want me to play the game 68 hours and 3 days before I release the trainer? I put clearly in the instructions to turn it back off, and also that it may break scripts. I am sorry for the issues, but we don't have any control or "know in advance" that option X will affect script Y in Mission Z at X part of the game Y hours later, when you are buying item Z for quest A on planet B.
The option will be removed. No there isn't some way for me to reset quests or manipulate the quest system. This doesn't make it better, but know that as trainer makers we DO actually run into "have to play the game over for hours" many many times when the game crashes or we are tinkering or trying things and it compeltely borks our save or crushes the progression of the game. MOST of the time we catch these problems and suffer so YOU don't have to. I am sorry that this happened, and it's just best to remove this powerful option, because (like the force), with great POWER comes GREAT RESPONSIBILITY.
I don't like having too much responsibility when I am playing video games, so let's just remove it and save the world from the DARK SIDE.

You wouldn't and I'm not saying you should've known, but Nook saying try it and let us know is just arrogant and unfair toward a person I assume is a paying customer of CH. I appreciate that you go through your own testing, and also agree it's a good idea to remove it if it is such a wide spread issue. I appreicate your effort Cal, please don't think I don't.
upon loading the clean save you provided I was able to update the blaster but when i change clothes it stays on the han solo vest . Is that something you've encountered?
for the clothes not updating head to the wardrobe on you ship and there should be a change appearance button when looking at shirt holster and boots just press that button then do it again to reset it, there is a transmog like feature only accessible through wardrobe on ship.
regarding invisible I think detection is just hard coded in some places when you do something an enemies rush in with red hostile flags above their heads. Also certain enemies can see through invisible as well like if you shoot at AT-ST it will starting shooting at you for a few seconds then loose interest again also broke during a certain mission alarm sounded and you have to deal with a invincible turret, but you can just use your blaster's ion mode to stun if for a while.
Both that turret and AT-ST are more like obstacles or traps to avoid rather than proper enemies as no matter what you hit them with you cant even scratch them. But AT-ST will leave you alone with invisible active unless you deliberately "poke the giant metal bear" so to speak
