How to Use the Helldivers 2 Trainer for the First Time
as of Patch: 1.001.103 you would need to follow the instructions on the third post: Link


Step 1 Start Helldivers 2 and load into your ship.

Step 2 Exit the game once you can move around in the ship.

Step 3 Add the Helldivers 2 "Bin" folder to your antivirus exclusion list. Click the Link for help doing this

Step 4 Open Aurora and download the launcher file.

• If you can't find the download, follow this Link.

Step 5 Move the launcher file to the "Bin" folder in your Helldivers 2 game folder.

• Need help finding the game folder? Check this Link.

Step 6 Close Aurora.

Step 7 Launch Helldivers 2 using the launcher file you just moved.

Step 8 Wait for the game to load.

Step 9 Open Aurora again and activate the trainer.

Step 10 You're all set! You can now use the trainer with Helldivers 2.

New steps as of Patch: 1.001.103


Step 1. Open the game on steam
Step 2. Walk around the ship
Step 3. Open the launcher from the bin folder while the game is still open
Step 4. After you hear the 3 beeps open Aurora
Step 5. Activate the trainer
Step 6. Activate options
Step 7. Have fun

If those steps don't work for you please follow the instructions below:

Step 1 Delete the Bin folder in the Helldivers 2 folder
Step 2 Reverify the game files in steam
Step 3 Move the Launcher file to the Bin folder in the Helldivers 2 folder
Step 4 Open the game from steam
Step 5 Move around a bit in the ship
Step 6 Open the launcher file that is in the Bin folder
Step 6a check the taskbar for GameGuard
Step 6b If GameGuard is open close it, if its not there go to step 7
Step 7 Open Aurora
Step 8 Open the Helldivers 2 trainer
Step 9 Activate the trainer
Step 10 Activate options you want to use
Step 11 Have fun
