I have a lot of problems too, but I don't voice them or hang them on you, right!? No one tells you to update the trainer every day. It's not my job to allocate time and resources to these matters. I'm a buyer/client.
As long as users submit update requests, then our trainer makers gets the game on their list. For a game like this that updates frequent with user providing update reports it gets a priority, despite tons of updates. The more users reports the more frequent the trainer maker has to return to this game.

Are you running Aurora as admin? Not doing that can cause issues for a lot of trainers.
Did you extract Aurora as opposed to just running it?
Have you reinstalled/verified the game files?
Have you restarted your computer before trying the trainer again?
Have you set the anti-virus exclusions for Aurora?
Are you running the newest version of Aurora?
Have you followed the readme instructions?
