unable to log on to Aurora, site is fine on Aurora Bug Reports Discussion Message Board - Page 1

Hello, Earlier today Aurora was working just fine. But i forgot my password and had to reset it so that i could get on to the site. After that though, i was not able to get Aurora to work.

I would get an error that said "unable to look up game id"? I'm sorry i didn't think to screen shot it. So i closed Aurora, ran it again, tried to log in, and am not getting "Invalid email or password".

Thinking i typed it in wrong, i reset it again, but I'm still not able to log on through Aurora. I can log onto the website without any issues. I even uninstalled and re-installed Aurora. I even tried the past 4 passwords i've used thinking it's still looking for an old one , but no luck getting in.

Any thoughts on what i should try next?

Edit: I checked the connection and everything shows a "Status code: OK"

reboot? delete and redownload Aurora? turn off/on a VPN? put in a support ticket?

delete/redownload, yes
I have no VPN,
I was hoping to avoid opening a ticket. but, i'll do that now.
