Just to clear up, the bypass does not work for me when following the instructions in the readme. Though in the replies there is a method to force it to work in a slightly different way while the game is still running. This leads to a certain crash for me about 10 minutes in every time. If the bypass could be inspected and changed slightly to work again as instructed that would be great.

We are not adjusting anything, as it works perfectly here, and for many missions, and no crashes and trainer works. Also, we don't have any way to know why your game crashes "around 10 minutes in" and are never going to know that.

Running into a issue. The game has been crashing when I use the trainer . I can play one mission just fine . When I play a second or third mission it will crash either on extraction or after about 20mins in a mission . I have verified files , delete the bypass and put a new one in. I unistalled and reinstalled the game . None of those work as i would still crash on the second or third mission . I also deleted the bin file and verified , and that seem to work for a about a couple of hours before bed. This moring in the second mission it crashed again after i completed an objective . I have followed the new instructions everytime . Any ideas ?
try turning off the options when extracting
So I was one of the people who this kept crashing with the new launching steps, wherein after launching it on Steam, then starting Helldivers2Launcher.exe and then < 10 seconds after it would crash before starting Aurora.
Windows Defender needs to be disabled, in my case Real-time Protection was on. Turning it off allowed it to work without crashing. Hope this helps.
This worked for me. Also note the new instructions were never in the notes
