That link for the bypass isn't working, says content no longer available.

Anybody else that can not even enter in the game, Error 10.002.039; Status:403, connection error Server

Same for me, also any inputs doesn't work during entry video

Removed everything in the bin folder, verified files, launched using the launcher, pressed activate trainer, everything worked. After a few missions, the game crashed, tried to redo it this way and it went back to not letting me skip the intro cutscene and then saying error connecting to server.

Tried second method, launched using Steam, ran around on ship for a bit, launched the launcher, was working, game crashed after a few missions again, tried to redo this method, it's now saying the game is already running then crashes, tried to remove the bin folder and verify again and both these methods still won't work, get the feeling it's hit or miss.

At least the game is launching for some of you. My game crashes after I hit PLAY.

Then you probably missing exclusions or the game needs a reinstall.
