Is it just me or is the Bypass gone from aurora?

It's still there, you most likely have it hidden.
Go to trainer settings on left side and click the "Show/Hide Trainer Attachments"

Cannot replicate. Before doing 3 or 4th mission, then CLOSE GAME. restart game and try that. No idea, sounds like some sort of memory leak that only comes to bear because we are giving things in a way that the game never intended.

Cannot replicate? That's odd. Cus yeah it the Crashes after 3 Mission things on PICK up of an ITEM in the mission is where the crash occures. It doesn't matter what type of item. This happens for those who pretty much use the Trainer to just run around collecting Super Credits on Difficulty 3, try that.

Does the trainer still work after the new update?

Try it, and if not.. Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Note; gives a critical error upon loading via the most recent instructions.

So trainer needs a full bloody overhaul at this point; including fixing the crashing from the previous version of it.
