Driving around in weather? What would the trainer do?

Steam said you could get new cars, upgrades and modifications. So I presume you have some money or xp to get that stuff? Possible that might be something

The main thing would be money. I tried to edit it using Cosmos but the game resets it back to 0 every time. Unlimited fuel could be another option, and maybe a way to increase vehicle speed?

Found the location of the save file, but any changes done to it resets it back to default. I was messing around with the in-game money but it resets my character and changes the money to 5000. Glad I made a backup of the file while editing. Don't know if this post belongs here, just seeing if this helps out.
