Aurora tool on steam deck failed to inst on Steam Deck Discussion Message Board - Page 1

Hello, I’m trying to install the Aurora steam deck tool but when I stall I get the message when it tries to download Aurora, “The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception” Am I doing something wrong

Is your steamdeck modded or are you using a beta/preview version of SteamOS?

No. It’s not moded. I just got it a week ago

are you using a beta/preview version of SteamOS? have you changed any settings on the device?

Is that inside the same network than your desktop Aurora? (which I assume runs fine?)

Aurora runs fine on my PC. I downloaded the zip file via Chrome on my deck. It was strange that I had to unzip it three times for all the files to show though
