Select the item by pressing '3'. Wait a second and press hotkey to change quantity.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

The change quantity option doesnt work on Pearls. It increases the amount it says u have but the Garage doesnt register the new Pearls, still shows the old amount.

I did. Went up and tried to use it with the wrong amount...it said I dont have enough. Added more until I should have enough and it still shows the same amount I had before when I interacted with the vendor. Its almost like whats registered in my inventory is not registering to the vendor. It works for other items, but not the pearls.
