I installed AURORA STEAM-DECK TOOL like the video says but it will not start
it says Aurora status Idle & game status Idle the game will not start as well

After you installed it you need to open the steam library right click on your game, choose properties and then select the steamdeck tool as compatibility tool for this game. Then launch the game through Steam.

I did this and am having the same problem happen
nether the game or AURORA STEAMDECK TOOL will start only saying both are idle or stopped

Go to desktop mode then click on the Aurora Steam Deck icon thats on the desktop screen. Go to the specific game and select a proton version. It could be defaulting to running with hotfix or proton experimental which is causing your games and aurora not to open.

hello. i bought aurora steam deck tool. it was hard for me as i am from Russia. i have no steamdeck but i have linux os and... when i click launcher it doesn't show installation screen. but i very love aurora windows and want to play with it in linux)))

Just a short warning. We don't official support Linux (except of Steamdeck). If you purchased this tool to use Aurora on Linux desktop environment, then its something that MIGHT work but it can also stop working at some point.

You say you dont see the installation screen. What does it show instead? Make a screenshot in JPG format and attach it.

It says there are no applications installed to execute the type "executable", correct? I'm not a linux expert. But first of all you have to give this file permission to become "executable" with using the terminal and the command "chmod -R 777". Then you probably have to launch the file from terminal as well. Depending on your distribution it may not have the possibility to launch these files via a double click but from terminal instead.
