Mobile app has been having this issue for awhile. I can open the trainer and launch the game from my mobile app, but trainer never activates. I just keep getting the spinning icon on my app. The PC program then says "mobile app - failed to update status code internalservererror".
I have cleared app cache, uninstalled and reinstalled app, and uninstall/reinstalled PC program. Having this issue with multiple games for multiple days now. Mobile app previously worked fine.

I would like to second this. There is some communication between the mobile and pc clients as when I select a trainer on the app it will load the corresponding trainer on pc, but it will not feed that back to the mobile app and I'm left with a spinning wheel then a time out error. This is followed then by an internal server error on the pc client. The trainer options do not load on the mobile client.

We're investigating.
Edit: It's an issue on the server, not Aurora or mobile app. We're still working on it.
