Hi all,

Who do I contact to change my email and reset my password. I am able to receive emails from cheathappens.com without any issues. However, when requesting to change my password, I do not get the email.

I sent an email to [email protected] to request to change my email and did receive an auto-reply.

Also, before all this I tried to use chat feature. I asked for email change, and bot asked me to type in my Username, email and what I want. When I did that, I received an email welcoming me as a new user. So, I deleted that email and did not bother to click on anything.

As I posted this, I got the email for password reset but am still waiting for email change. It took a little bit longer than expected, that is all.

You made 2 support tickets a whole ~10 minutes ago. please have some patience and wait for a reply there. Or change your email yourself in your account settings.

I only created 1 but system created two. I created #38905 and system (bot) #38904.

Also, it does not allow me to change from Account Settings as there is no option to do so.


There is only:

Reset Password
Reset Security Question/Answer
Email Notification Settings
Request Personal Data
Delete My Account / Purge Data
Cookie Management

That is all that I see.

If you go to user settings (Link) there is literally a tab that says CHANGE EMAIL.
