If you are using the non-beta version then you would have to make a report.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Game has been updated today Guys, thats why you are having issues with the trainer.

If gigantic changes again, and they have broken the trainer, likely to be put on hold while they figure out the broken update from bug reports from the users and the next 5 patches coming in the next 5 days.
