I could go on, but any work we would do on any of these titles fair chance it breaks quickly. This is just a small sample I took from my steam launch. there's like 50 of these games. They take up 90% of our time here. And half of them are junk.

That's the fun of small development titles, they don't have the resources to be 100% perfect, however they are more likely only needing minor fixes. And they are usually done quick, because most of the time they aren't working on anything else or they are on something not so strenuous so they can update on the same day.
AAA titles just pile up fixes and try to fix all of them on one major patch, which are usually so long apart. Why have manpower do fixes regularly when you can have a couple do it in a short period of time not to rock the boat on their next AAA development in progress.
Just how it is sadly.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
