in dungeon with no clip and fly to the last room ,when open ancient hero's coffin or the ancient relic chest both crashed,i also tried deactivate no clip before opening but still game crashed.

Drying rack is crafted not on a table but from inventory. When character stands, press TAB to open inventory. Then double click drying rack and it goes into the crafting queue in your inventory.
I just tested it and I was able to craft the drying rack multiple times even when I dont have the items for it.
Edit: Noticed it doesn't work on cooking pot and furnace. This is addressed in upcoming V3.
