with the new update, the game constantly crashes when the trainer is turned on

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I cannot reproduce a crash on my end and you're the only one reporting this at the moment. Steps to reproduce would be helpful.

And "Free Craft" too.

I have no idea what could be wrong. There were changes to the inventory system in the last update (such as increasing the number of large arrows allowed per slot - previously the game only allowed 50).

Curious. Because of the other members' silence, it seems like it's not something that happens to everyone. It could be a possible problem with our configuration and software resources.

Free Craft and Materials Don't decrease are still not working with the latest trainer update.

Then give me steps to reproduce because I cannot. Option is deactivated, I open the crafting table and all recipes are red, I cannot craft. I enable free craft option, open crafting table and all recipes are no longer red. I double click on any and they are getting crafted.

When I tested the Free Craft enabled for a table it enabled the option to craft objects, but didn't follow through on crafting anything (Drying Rack)
(Carpenters Table) Free Crafting took resources to start crafting items - small value crafting attempts in my playthrough.
(Carpenters Table) - No Depletion of Materials - it appeared to not want to work until I selected stacks of 10 for crafting and then it appeared the crafting option was hit or miss on crafting the planks I tested.

I also shared the world and save file/world I used with Nook Let me know if you want me to send it to you direct.

Drying rack is crafted not on a table but from inventory. When character stands, press TAB to open inventory. Then double click drying rack and it goes into the crafting queue in your inventory.

I just tested it and I was able to craft the drying rack multiple times even when I dont have the items for it.

Edit: Noticed it doesn't work on cooking pot and furnace. This is addressed in upcoming V3.
