Reason: When searching for a new trainer, the entry retains the last entered game or search word and I have to completely delete it to search for a new game.
Version of Aurora: v1.9.9.2
Full Details: When you currently search for a trainer and type something in, it searches fine, and you can select the trainer from the quick search displayed entries, but after you leave this search and play a game and use a trainer or click a trainer in the list but want to go back and search for a different trainer, the old search text is still present in the Search for Trainers input box. I'm not sure if this is helpful to other people, and if so I'm okay with deleting my previous search every time, but can this box be emptied after I search and come back to do a different search, or an option to flip between retain the text, or clearing it every time?
If I close completely out of Aurora and come back, the search box is empty, but if I leave Aurora open and jump to another game I don't have in my favorites and try to search, it will retain the last entry I typed forcing me to backspace out before I can search for the next trainer I'm looking for.

This is by design. If you accidentally opened the wrong game you dont have to re-type the whole name again. Same if you want to re-open the trainer.
Deleting is CTRL+A + backspace. Or just CTRL+A and then type your new game. This is much low effort versus typing the game name again.

And that makes sense, thank you for the explanation.
