While I'm using Cosmos Advanced 6.1.5, I found that Cosmos doesn't change UI Language to my region(zh-Hans expected). Also I copied zh-Hans folder into zh-CN, usually it will fine if an application has automatic localization feature but Cosmos remains English UI. It's OK to me but I want to recommend Cosmos to a friend and his English was not so good.. I also tried changing Windows' global variables like "SET LANG=zh-Hans" "SET LANGUAGE=zh-Hans", or adding .Net Core stuctured UI setting into Cosmos.runtimesetting.json. Both of them not working. Is there any other way to change UI language?

Cosmos Advanced is not multilingual. English only. The language folders are for native UI controls which Cosmos rarely or never uses.

No, since Cosmos isn't open source its too much effort providing the text to translate and maintain any updates. We also have no option to check translations for correctness.
