Fly:
Enableing this option disables the functionality of going up and down yet you could use 'Hover Player Higher' and 'Hover Player Lower' and 'No Clip' respectivley to work around this issue.
No Clip:
Wouldn't work without 'Fly'.

Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

EA Play version does not work
To submit a request for a new distribution platform, please use our trainer requests system. Once at least 5 people request the same distribution, it will be available for funding. Please do NOT use the trainer option request system to request new platforms as they will be denied. Premium members at any level may request a new distribution as long as it’s done through the normal request system.
In 'fly mode' it does not let you move up or down or use e + shift so it is not useful for what is needed for in act 3
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

That's why I built these two options:
NumPad6: Hover Player Higher
NumPad7: Hover Player Lower
use these instead and you can't use 'SHIFT' while flying because that's how the game is coded.
@Moderators: This is not a bug and the option is working as intended.
