I wanted to request trainer option but I get an error message when trying to send it, saying "Failed to submit request, please check log file."
Where do I go from here? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a weird one, the trainer was working great for me last night, to the best of my knowledge the game has not updated, nor has the trainer, and now, it's not working getting an error about gold collection
Then I would suggest reinstall/verify the game. And maybe check if Aurora is running in admin mode and excluded for any and all AVs you may have. Even if they are turned off.

game had an update on gamepass. not sure on the other platforms.
