For now let's give the CH team time to work on what they are working on, until after the full release of the game.
Use this trainer as it is, as it mostly works.
did some extensive research on this, in story mode only, up to end of chapter 2, so here's the exact info of what and how is working and some tips and tricks:
- 'heatstamps' points to heatstamps
- 'food' points to food
- 'coal' points to materials
- 'materials' points to prefabs
- 'steam cores' points to coal
- 'goods' points to steam cores
no pointers to actual goods and oil (oil in story mode only shown and available in game from late in chapter 1 , after exploration -> first colony)
- if you want to go full oil, get industrial districts (in main town, New London, not in the colony) with coal liquefiers (as coal you can edit) 2-3 of them, you should be fine. (you might want those industrial districts to produce goods, since you cannot edit actual goods... trust me you'll need them)
for actual steam cores number under "goods", until you find them via exploration, in-game shows 0 and in editor is like Laumi reported, sometimes a very high random number. once you find them on the exploration map and you harvest them, they will show correct number in editor (but like above, show under "goods"

All of this is untrue since it sort of depends when you are in the game and what you actually own.
What would be helpful is a save where people have several of each of the resources, including those resources I haven't added to editor yet.
I always detest complaints where the trainer is working 100% here, but others say there is problem, and they haven't sent me a savegame to work from to reproduce their issue.
I don't even know where save games go. I need savegames to iron out the differences otherwise the trainer is working as intended.
best,
Cal
Tacking onto the above, oil will SOMETIMES be the heatstamps option when you select the dreadnaught. I've found this happens more often if you enter the dreadnaught via the world map rather than switching straight to it. If it didn't catch, exit out to the frostlands map and then back into the dreadnaught.
Second thing to note, you can increase your resources above your actual stockpile limit, so if you want 20 million oil the first time you get it working, you can do that.
No idea what a dreadknought is.
Please note that we are working on hundreds of games a week. I may not have spent 4 hours building a huge city or even SEEN what you are discussing.
This is why SAVEGAMES help quite a bit

Heyo!
It was merely an issue with labels, that was the only issue.
I should have a savegame with most if not all resources.
You want it via DM or attached here?
Savefile location:

Hi Caliber,
I'm trying to send across a folder with savegames, but it doesn't seem to be taking. I keep timing out to a 404 page. The message I'm trying to send with the saves is below. Is there some other way to shoot you these saves if it would help? Like email or via a drive link?
Regards
Tornada
Edit: I stupidly forgot to copy it properly and then lost it when the previous page timed out. Broadly I was just trying to explain that the trainer seems to map onto different items at different stages of the game. And my saves include a campaign story halfway through where Oil and Coal are unlocked, and a utopia builder save where oil and coal are unlocked. I haven't unlocked steam yet, but the game seems to have different settlements having access to different resources. So I was hoping giving you a save file would help. Especially since y'all do amazing work and I get how difficult it must be navigating games when you have so many to cover in quick succession.
