Duly note: This game is extremely buggy and suffers from random crashes EVEN WITHOUT THE TRAINER and a simple Google search will show you this for example:

There are countless crash resports thus it has nothing to do with the trainer.
Furthermore here's a 45 minutes long recording demonstrating the functionality of the trainer with every option and again ends with zero crashes:

So if you are experiencing crashes try win 7 compatibility mode and if that didn't work pair it with 'Run as admin' by right clicking on the game's launcher which is 'U01.exe' then properties then Compatibility and you can figure out the rest from here and after making the changes run the game by double clicking on game's launcher 'U01.exe' and avoid launching the game from steam or Aurora plus avoid freezing the editor values.
Unlimited Craft Power:
Unlimited Craft Material:
Unlimited Core Outpost:
Will start working once it's triggered for example opening a door or spending it.
Unlimited Ammo Player Outpost:
It gives you and your outpost unlimited ammo, disable it when you want to reload.
Unlimited Research Points:
It gives you unlimited useable research points however after each exploraion it will reset so you have to turn it on again.
Warning: Please use it only in the research screen.
Free Craft:
Only enable it while crafting then disable it when done.
Unlimited Outpost Components:
This will give you unlimited outpost building components but the ones you've already crafted and unlocked.
Fast Evac On Recovery Day:
Enable it before entering the 'Recovery Day'.
Refresh Backpack Editor:
Flip this then open your inventory to refresh backpack editor.
Refresh Base Resources:
Flip this then open craft screen at your home base to refresh home base resources (Base Storage) editor.
No Loot Visibility Timeout:
This option will keep the loots visible after area scan while exploring, it becomes effective from the second scan.
No Exploration Limit:
With this option you can go beyond the blue border without worrying about getting squashed.
No Clip:
It doesn't works without 'Fly'.
