Well this game is certainly interesting....

Power and materials are float values
Trait points are 4-byte and I couldn't get research points to work
Ammo will return several values which can be frozen without issue or you can isolate the primary value
note: unfreeze before extraction or game will crash

Easiest way to get money is unlock shop:
1) find a stack of items in inventory (more than 2)
2)search 4byte for # of items
3)split stack
4)search for the new number in stack-restack and rescan
5)set number of items to 90000 and quick-sell
6)profit

Power Float does not work when in game.
Only on the mission map.

Are you sure it's just not updating? I usually isolate it to two values, one of which is the energy which I'm able to freeze at a set value.

Good stuff, just got home from work still hunting. Research has a displayed value and an actual value as research that is queued up doesn't effect actual, just displayed value. I spent all my points though so I've got to get more.

I tried savegame editing but they're encrypted from what I saw.
