Can I, mayhaps, ask to reopen this title?
It's been about two months since the last update, so I'm assuming they're either "done" with it or at least slowed way down on updates.
I can put in a request, but I don't want to waste anyone's time by putting a request on a retired title.

I would suggest PMing the trainer maker and ask. I couldn't find any notice of retirement for this, so chances it was retired due to the extensive patching.
