Majority of the trainer option works with the latest warband except for few

Fast Jetpack Cooldown

Can't edit the new weapons
R-36 Eruptor
CB-9 Explosing Crossbow
GP-31 Grenade Pistol

Trainer is working fine for me as well. Not had problems with any of the options I've used and the weapon editing seems to still be working although I've not tried it on any of the new weapons.

Edit: Unlimited ammo doesn't seem to work with the new grenade pistol.

.. sounds like your SteamLibrary is in C:\Program Files to me

if that is the case, you have to move your SteamLibrary to elsewhere.

Got the trainer to work properly this morning, But now im getting error 153. Tried all the common fixes. I'll keep trying and update if I'm able to get it to work. Only thing I noticed is that the gameguard.des file gets a space created between the "." and "D" in guard. But I'm pretty sure that apart of the launcher.

UPDATE: I got the trainer to activate, but the screen is just stuck a black screen. After about 3-5 minutes the intro plays but you can skip it or put any input into the game.

Update 2: I am also getting a system error issue, that says "A new guard page for the stack cannot be created."

FIX: Restarted my PC, and reverified the game, seem to fix it.

4/9 latest trainer update is still working well for me.

Trainer still working as of 11 of April. But It took me several tries to get the trainer to attach to the process properly.

Would it be possible for us to edit the amount of samples we get at the end of the mission? Latest update added a couple ship modules which require hundreds of common and rare samples to unlock them all. The current cheat option gives 33/33/33 each run, an option to edit the amount or just adjust the amount given to 70/20/9 would be great.

Nah, 33 already is the max.
This is why the Dev gave us "Instant Complete Objectives" & "Instant Teleport to Waypoint" to solve the need for more samples. If we can't get 999 samples in one go, we just shorten each run's time.
Compared to the first few weeks of this game, we need at least 6 minutes to complete one mission, currently, this method is a lot faster.

Just find a new toy, a cluster bomb launcher. Caim one now by turning on your " All Stratagems at Loadout". The cluster bomb does spread to a very large area.
Please bring your shield backpack so you won't bomb yourself to the sky.
The only small problem with it... the damage is too weak - even with a trainer - which is why it is just a new toy.
Recoilless Rifle is still unbeatable.....yet.

Even with browser closed, it still launches the browser and leads to the error 153 help page
