the option works on the bugs but not on the tin cans, or am I missing something?
Hello all,
I keep getting error 153 when trying to launch the trainer through the HellDivers2Launcher.exe within the SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\bin folder, as admin.
I've tried:
1. Disabling Windows Defender completely, all features
2. Disabling Nvidia overlay, xbox overlay
3. Running Aurora, the launcher, and the game as administrator
4. Closing all background programs that are non-essential, essentially leaving only steam running
5. Closing browser upon running the launcher
I hear a single beep, Aurora shows the game as running, and then the 153 error message pops up and I am directed to the nProtect FAW. Are there any other steps I can try at this point? Appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Error 153 is just the anti-cheat failing to load, this is intentional for the cheats to work. In your steps, I noticed you didn't mention after the beep you went back to Aurora and clicked activate trainer. Did you by chance not go back to Aurora and click Activate Trainer after the beep?
P.S. Please turn windows defenders back on.
