Game's easy to manually cheat; All values appear stored as a double and addresses don't change between levels. When you've found an address, it stays valid until game is closed. (Edit: of course game waited for me to post this to prove me wrong and their locations changed)
At max fuel upgrade, fuel starts at 420 and is almost exactly 400 at the first bar above 'F', seems to be counted in seconds
In-level money gathered shown number is 1 less than you actually mined so far (rounding)
Consumables locations seem seperated by 24 bytes (+18 in hex)
Lives (shields) is amount of shields that are shown plus 1
Anything else probably not any different.
